Meet Head Coach, Michael Garcia

Michael Garcia is the head coach of Garcia FC (GFC)

With over 15 years of coaching experience and a professional football background that began with a scholarship at the Australian Institute of Sport, Michael’s passion has always been about more than football — it’s about mentoring, inspiring, and unlocking potential in young athletes.

Before launching GFC, Michael spent over a decade with Perth Glory Football Club, playing a leading role in player development & elite programs.

Michael is known for his ability to build genuine relationships, demand high standards, and create environments that bring the best out of young footballers — on and off the pitch.
