GFC Development Squad is more than just extra training sessions, it’s the first stepping stone into Garcia FC’s long-term development pathway.
Our training program provides the perfect environment for players to:

A structured term time training program which includes small-sided games and match play, ensures development in key areas of the game:
- First touch and ball mastery
- Attacking and defending
- Passing and receiving
Shooting and finishing - Dribbling with speed and control
- Overloads and decision making
Players who demonstrate the right attitude, talent, and commitment may be invited into the GFC Elite Academy

TRAINING SCHEDULE
Term 1 Dates: 2 February – 30 March 2026
Our Term 1 Development Program runs over 8 weeks, with two high-intensity training sessions each week, totalling 16 sessions for the term due to the shorter term and the Easter period.
