Garcia FC Elite Academy – Registration Agreement & Terms and Conditions By submitting this form, you confirm your child’s registration into the Garcia FC Elite Academy and agree to the following terms: 1. Commitment The Elite Academy is a 12month program designed for players who are committed to long-term development. Players are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions, matches, and Academy events unless prior notice is given. Consistent attendance and effort are required to remain in the Academy. 2. Fees & Payments are due at the beginning of each term. Invoices will be sent out via email. The registration fee and kit fee are due on completion on this registration. Academy fees must be paid in full as outlined during registration. Payment is required to secure your child’s place; spots are strictly capped. All fees are non-refundable, including in cases of withdrawal, absence, or change of circumstances. Failure to make payments on time may result in your child’s place being forfeited. 3. Player Conduct Players are expected to uphold the standards, values, and culture of Garcia FC at all times. Poor behaviour, lack of effort, or failure to meet Academy expectations may result in suspension or removal from the program. Respect for coaches, teammates, referees, and opposition is mandatory. 4. Parent / Guardian Conduct Parents/guardians are expected to support the Academy’s values and respect all coaches, officials, and staff. Sideline coaching or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. 5. Medical & Injury Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions or injuries during registration. While Garcia FC takes all reasonable care during training and matches, participation is at the player’s own risk. Garcia FC and its coaches are not liable for any injury, accident, or loss sustained during Academy activities. 6. Media & Promotion By joining the Academy, you consent to the use of photos and videos of your child for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing. By submitting this form, you also agree to train at an elite level with Garcia FC. Term 4 will run for 14 weeks, commencing Monday 13 October and finishing Saturday 20 December.
