2-DAY ADVANCED SHOOTING & ATTACKING CAMP

A high-intensity program focused on sharper finishing, quicker decision-making, and intelligent attacking play.
Across two full days, players will work through fresh drills, new pressure situations, and match-realistic attacking scenarios designed to improve confidence and end product in front of goal.

This camp is a perfect standalone program, and also a great lead-in for players attending the 3-Day Finishing & Attacking Camp.

DAY 1 – Technical Foundations + Game Actions + Early Tournament

 
  • 8:45–9:00 — Arrival / Free Play
    Light touches, rondos, mini goals.

    9:00–9:15 — Welcome, Grouping & Expectations
    Intensity, effort, respect, hydration, overview of both days.


    9:15–9:35 — Warm-Up + Athletic Block (20 mins)

    Dynamic movement + coordination + ball activation.


    Block 1: Technical Foundations (9:35–10:35) — 60 mins

    Stations (4 × 15 mins):

    1. First touch & scanning

    2. 1v1 dribbling (change of speed)

    3. Passing & combination play

    4. Finishing (both feet + quick release)


    10:35–10:50 — Morning Tea (15 mins)


    Block 2: Skill into Game Actions (10:50–12:00) — 70 mins

    10:50–11:25 — Theme Session (35 mins)
    Choose 1 per camp:
    • Pressing & winning it back
    • Switching play / wide play
    • Playing through midfield
    • Final third decisions

    11:25–12:00 — Conditioned Small-Sided Games (35 mins)
    Scoreboard + ladder
    Rotate teams every 6–8 minutes


    12:00–1:00 — Lunch (60 mins)

    Holiday clinic but GFC quality:
    • 10 mins eat + settle
    • 15 mins chill/free play
    • 10 mins Q&A: “Pro habits” (hydration, sleep, mindset)
    • 25 mins supervised games (mini world cup)


    Block 3: Challenges + Mini Tournament (1:00–2:50) — 110 mins

    1:00–1:25 — Individual Challenge Circuit (25 mins)
    • Dribbling time trial
    • Passing gate accuracy
    • Juggling ladder
    • Finishing targets

    1:25–2:35 — Main Tournament – ROUND ROBIN (70 mins)
    • 4–6 teams
    • 8–10 min games
    • Points: Win 3 / Draw 1

    Bonus points:
    • Weak foot = +1
    • Assist = +1
    • Goal from switch/cross = +1

    2:35–2:50 — Reset + Hydrate (15 mins)
    Prepare for finals tomorrow.


    2:50–3:00 — Day 1 Close 

    Daily reflection + preview for Day 2.

DAY 2 – Game Intelligence + Transitions + Grand Final

 

  • 8:45–9:00 — Arrival / Free Play

    9:00–9:15 — Warm-Up: Scan → Move → Play
    Quick decisions + ball movement.


    Block 1: Advanced Skill → Game Action (9:15–10:35) — 80 mins

    3–4 blended stations:

    1. Switching play + wide overloads

    2. Quick transitions (win → forward)

    3. Final-third choices

    4. Speed finishing under pressure

    Short rest between stations to keep tempo high.


    10:35–10:50 — Morning Tea (15 mins)


    Block 2: High-Tempo Conditioned Games (10:50–12:00) — 70 mins

    • 4v3 breakouts
    • 5v4 overloads
    • Fast finishing rules
    • 8-second attacking bonus
    • Points tracked on scoreboard


    12:00–1:00 — Lunch (60 mins)

    • Eat
    • Free play
    • Q&A: match habits
    • Short futsal / mini world cup


    Block 3: GRAND TOURNAMENT (1:00–2:50) — 110 mins

    1:00–1:20 — Team Formation & Warm-Up

    Captains chosen, fixtures explained.

    1:20–2:20 — Finals Series

    • Remaining round robin
    • Semi-finals
    • Grand Final

    Bonus scoring:

    2:20–2:50 — Extra Challenges (if time allows)

    • Finishing gauntlet

This camp is designed for players who already have strong football fundamentals and is not suitable for beginners.

The program focuses on advanced finishing, attacking movement, and game intelligence. Players should be confident in their basic skills and ready for a high-intensity training environment.
