What Players Will Learn
A focused, high-intensity program designed to boost goal-scoring ability.
Day 1 - Technical Foundations + Game Actions
8:45–9:00 — Arrival + Briefing
Theme: “Be ready. Finish early. Follow up.”
Quick scoring rules introduced.
9:00–9:15 — Warm-Up (Activation + Ball)
• Dynamic movement
• Ball mastery → finishing footwork (check away/check to, open hips)
9:15–9:30 — Technical Block: Finishing Mechanics (15 mins)
• Plant foot / body over ball
• Inside-foot vs laces
• Quick set-touch → shot
• Weak foot challenge included
9:30–10:30 — Stations Block #1 (4 stations × 15 mins = 60 mins)
Station A — First-Time Finishing
• Inside foot / laces
• Near-post + across-goal
Station B — 1v1 to Goal
• Change speed, shoot early
• Add chasing defender
Station C — Turn & Finish (Back to Goal)
• Receive under pressure
• Roll, spin, quick release
Station D — Rebound & Reaction
• Follow-in finishes
• Second efforts, tap-ins
(Quick drink breaks built into transitions.)
10:30–10:50 — Striker Movement: “3 Runs, 3 Finishes” (20 mins)
Unopposed → semi-opposed
• Near-post dart
• Arrive at penalty spot
• Far-post ghost run
10:50–11:40 — Small-Sided Games: “Finish Fast” (50 mins)
4v4 / 5v5
• Shoot within 6 seconds
• First-time goals = double
• Rebounds always live
11:40–12:00 — Wrap-Up
• 1 mindset cue
• Reset for Day 2
Day 2 – Crossing, Cutbacks, Combination Play
8:45–9:00 — Arrival + Leaderboard Reset
Theme: “Timing + movement + ruthless finishing.”
9:00–9:15 — Warm-Up: Speed Into Finish (15 mins)
• Reaction sprint → receive → finish
• Scanning cues before shot
9:15–9:35 — Wide Service Block (20 mins)
• Driven cross
• Cutback
• Lofted back post
Key: first touch out of feet + head up
9:35–10:35 — Stations Block #2 (4 × 15 mins = 60 mins)
Station A — Cross & Finish (Live Runs)
• Near-post / penalty-spot / far-post zones
Station B — Cutback Clinic
• Endline pullback
• First-time or 2-touch max
Station C — No.9 Combination to Shot
• Bounce, layoff, third-man run
• Slip pass → finish
Station D — Finishing Under Pressure
• Recovering defender
• Must finish quickly
10:35–10:55 — Golden Boot Circuit (20 mins)
3 rapid rounds:
Through ball → finish
Cutback finish
Rebound finish
Players track own points.
10:55–11:40 — Tournament Block: “Strikers League” (45 mins)
Short games with scoring bonuses:
• Goals from cross/cutback = 2
• Weak-foot goal = 2
• Assist = 1
• Mandatory quick team celebration
11:40–12:00 — Wrap-Up (No awards yet)
• Reset + hydration

Day 3 – Match Realism, Pressure, Finals + AWARDS
8:45–9:00 — Arrival / Free Shots / Energy Warm-Up
“Grand Final Day”
9:00–9:15 — Warm-Up: Reaction → Movement → Finish
Fast activation to get players sharp.
9:15–10:00 — Mixed Striker Stations (45 mins)
Blending both Day 1 & Day 2 themes:
• First-time finishes
• Crossing & arriving
• No.9 combination play
• Reactions + second-efforts
Stations keep intensity high but lighter volume.
10:00–10:20 — Striker IQ Games (20 mins)
• Movement timing challenges
• 2-touch finishing games
• “Find the gap” scanning drills
10:20–11:40 — MAIN TOURNAMENT: Strikers Grand Final (80 mins)
Tournament structure:
• Round robin
• Semi-finals
• Final
Bonus scoring:
• Weak foot = 2

The program focuses on advanced finishing, attacking movement, and game intelligence. Players should be confident in their basic skills and ready for a high-intensity training environment.
