Garcia Football Coaching (GFC) was established in 2024 by Head Coach, Michael Garcia. With a distinguished professional and coaching career, Michael recognised a need for genuine development pathway for talented young footballers in Perth, a pathway that not only develops players to be the best they can be, but immerses them in a professional culture and environment that will serve them for life. With that vision GFC was born and is the fastest growing football program in Perth.

GFC DEVELOPMENT SQUAD

More than just extra training sessions, the first stepping stone into GFC’s long-term development pathway.

Our training program provides the perfect environment for players to:

  • Experience professional-style coaching in a high-performance setting

  • Learn and live the standards and culture of GFC

  • Receive ongoing feedback to support growth alongside club football

  • Build confidence, resilience, and skills as developing players

 

Players who demonstrate the right attitude, talent, and commitment may be invited into the GFC Elite Academy

GFC ELITE ACADEMY

Our high performance pathway provides the perfect environment for the most committed and talented players to:

  • Experience professional-level coaching and standards

  • Train within the culture and expectations of GFC

  • Develop the mindset, skills, and confidence needed to progress to higher levels

Our 12–18 month program includes:

  • Weekly elite training sessions

  • Match play with live coaching

  • Strength & conditioning through Perform HQ

  • Opportunities for overseas tournaments (Singapore, Brazil, Portugal).
